Our exchange policy is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Personalized or engraved watches
  • Watches damaged due to improper use or wear

Process for Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you receive such an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@yourwristwear.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue along with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Ship the item to our designated return address, ensuring it is securely packaged. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances, such as if a replacement item is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns and exchanges must be coordinated through YourWristwear.com.
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
